A Play About Mommy Milk

Setting: In our humble living room on the purplish lazy boy recliner

As Mommy was getting up from the recliner after nursing Jesse, she asks James if he would like to hold his baby brother Jesse.

Mommy: Would you like to hold your brother, James?

James: Hold'ee baby bruhder.

James climbs over the arm of the chair into the seat and happily sits down. Looking up at mommy with arms held out, he sits there, waiting. Jesse is placed in his lap, head supported by the arm of the chair. Soon, James has something very profound to say. . .

James: Want to feed Jesse mommy milk.

James lifts up his shirt.

Mommy: You want to feed Jesse mommy milk? Where is the mommy milk?

James: Wight where! Wight where!

As James points to his chest like he has the mommy milk, Mommy smiles and rushes to capture this moment on camera.
